1. Acceptance of terms

By using Fahmona, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for your password, and for activity on your account. You must meet the legal age in your country to register on your own.

3. Acceptable use

The platform is for educational use. Abuse, unauthorized access, or circumvention of technical limits is prohibited.

4. Content

Educational content is owned by Fahmona or its licensors. You have the right to access it personally for learning, not to redistribute it.

5. Purchases and billing

You buy access to a specific teacher's course, for a period shown before you pay or when you redeem a voucher: a month, a semester, a year, or until your exam date; some vouchers do not expire. It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access lasts until the date shown on your purchases page unless the course is withdrawn, and you can renew it yourself wherever renewal is offered.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Write to support@fahmona.com from the email address on your account.

6. Termination

We may suspend any account that violates these terms, without notice.

7. Disclaimer

Fahmona is a learning aid. We strive for accuracy, but answers may contain errors. Always verify against official references before an exam.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
